Phase 1 — Role Definition & Success Profiling
We work closely with your board, CEO, or CHRO to define not just the technical requirements of the role, but the leadership competencies, cultural attributes, stakeholder management demands, and strategic priorities the incoming executive will need to navigate. The result is a detailed Leadership Success Profile that guides every stage of the search.
Phase 2 — Market Mapping & Research

We identify potential candidates through proprietary databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, alumni channels, and direct industry intelligence — including those not actively seeking new roles.
Phase 3 — Candidate Engagement & Qualification

We also conduct thorough background verification, including employment history, qualifications, financial propriety, and reputational checks.
Phase 5 — Offer Management & Onboarding Support
We manage the offer negotiation process and provide post-placement support for up to 12 months, including a replacement guarantee should the appointed executive leave within the guarantee period.
